Small-town Indiana restaurant Chopsticks is just one of thousands of family-owned businesses across the country forced to close in March 2020. But Chopsticks is also my family’s business. Following months of closure during the COVID-19 pandemic, my parents looked to rebuild their customer base and reinvent their business model in the age of online ordering and carryout. The ads below were designed to target local audiences through social media and highlight our restaurant’s most profitable yet undervalued menu categories.
