EmPOWER, launched by Los Angeles County non-profit Active San Gabriel Valley (ActiveSGV), is a sustainability initiative designed to help local residents navigate the murky waters of state-funded conservation programs. As part of the program's rollout, the #emPOWER Instagram campaign, a four-week story series, was developed to reach out to younger community members.
